Several Android apps on Google Play display SSC and equivalent results by connecting to the same board databases. Search for “BD Education Board Result” style apps, install one with good ratings, then select SSC/Dakhil 2026, your board, roll and registration number.
A tip most students miss: this web app itself behaves like a mobile app — open it on your phone, use the bottom navigation, and add it to your home screen from the browser menu (Add to Home Screen) for one-tap access on result day. Official websites are always the most reliable source; treat third-party apps as a convenient mirror, not the primary record.
Teachers and heads of institutions can download the result sheet of every examinee of a school in one file. The system returns a complete list of students with roll numbers, GPA and grades — perfect for notice boards. The SSC Result 2026 is the outcome of the Secondary School Certificate and equivalent examinations — the first major public examination in the life of a Bangladeshi student and the gateway to HSC and college admission. This year the theory examinations were held from 21 April to 20 May 2026 and the practical examinations from 7 to 14 June 2026 under the nine general education boards, the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board (Dakhil) and the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (SSC Vocational). Around 18.57 lakh candidates registered for the examinations from thousands of institutions across the country.
By long-standing rule, education boards publish results within about 60 days of the end of the written examinations. Based on that timeline the SSC Result 2026 is expected on 20 July 2026. On result day the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee formally hands over the result summary in the morning, and the full Education Board Result goes live for students on the web, by SMS and at institutions — all 11 boards at the same time. The exact date is confirmed by the Ministry of Education a few days in advance, so treat any date as tentative until the official notice arrives.
Keep three things ready: your roll number, your registration number and the name of your board. All three are printed on your admit card and registration card. With only a roll number you can use the SMS method; the web based result and the full marksheet require the registration number as well.
Results are graded on a 5.00 scale: 80–100 marks = A+ (GP 5.00), 70–79 = A (4.00), 60–69 = A− (3.50), 50–59 = B (3.00), 40–49 = C (2.00), 33–39 = D (1.00) and 0–32 = F. The famous GPA-5 means an average grade point of 5.00 across subjects (the optional subject can add bonus points above 2.00). Your SSC Marksheet 2026 with Number shows the exact marks of every subject beside the letter grade — colleges look at this sheet during admission, so download and keep a PDF copy.
First re-check the roll, registration number and board — a single wrong digit returns “result not found”. If the server shows an error, it is almost always temporary overload; retry after a few minutes or use SMS. If your result genuinely appears incorrect or incomplete, contact your institution immediately: schools can verify records with the board and guide you through corrections or the rescrutiny process.
Passed students move on to college (HSC) admission, which opens online within weeks of the result — the GPA and marksheet from this result determine which colleges you can apply to. Students who are not satisfied with a grade can apply for rescrutiny within 7 days. Students who could not pass one or two subjects should not lose heart: registration for the next opportunity opens through their institutions, and thousands of students improve their results every year.
The SSC Result 2026 is expected on 20 July 2026, following the boards’ 60-day rule after the written exams ended on 20 May 2026. The Ministry of Education confirms the final date a few days earlier — this page’s countdown is updated the moment it is confirmed.
